Downloads

Hello. Welcome to the downloads page.

Obviously we’re not going to charge you to download anything here, but if you did feel any of it was worth a few quid then we’d encourage you to use the new Donate button on the right of the screen.

It turns out running a podcast isn’t as cheap as you might imagine. We’d appreciate anything you feel able to give.

But this stuff’s yours either way.

The New Album – Dirty Little Geeks

Trock, Doctor Who, Matt Smith, Steven Moffat, Ood Cast
The difficult second album. Except it wasn’t difficult. It was fun.

Here’s all the songs from the third series of The Ood Cast – Doctor Who parodies to the tunes of the most eclectic bunch of music you could imagine – from Bjork to Radiohead via Show Tunes, Tracy Chapman, The Beatles, Michael Jackson and Monty Python.

But about time travel, headless monks, killer shop dummies and pirates.

TWENTY SEVEN TRACKS and it’s still free.

The Ood Cast Album: Season 2

Well, it’s finally here. Because you demanded it. All the songs from the second series of The Ood Cast in one place and ready to be downloaded. Now you can hear the evolving melodic genius of Laura’s songs without all the distracting geekery and tom-foolery that normally surrounds them. Stick them on your iPod, sing along to them in your car, pump them out of a crackling, sparking loudspeaker as you pilot your exploding attack craft into the choking atmosphere of another grim alien world.

Have fun basically.

Two of us will be at Gallifrey this year. Sigma and Laura. Feel free to come and say “Hi” but we won’t be having any kind of booth because we’re not sure that many people will want our autographs (though thank-you for being so nice about us).

I’ve only recently started listening to the lovely Oodcast, and wow, am I impressed! You are all funny, clever, and charming little Oods and you make me laugh so very much. And the music is absolutely incredible. I especially loved the opening song for The Doctor’s Wife. I can’t wait for you to release it as a download. Beautiful and touching, it makes me want to smile and cry at the same time.

I’ve recently discovered the Ood Cast and have been working my way backwards through your catalog. Your show is *awesome*. I’ve already burned your season two album onto a CD so that I can enjoy it during my commute to and from work. It’s all fantastic, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart(s) for this geeky goodness!

Hi guys, I love the downloads here as I only found them tonight and I’ve been listening to the Oodcast for ages. I love the songs and Laura you have an amazing talent and I’m already downloading the music now.

My favourite songs are The Beast Below and The Sound of the Underground as they are based on real songs and that’s what I like to hear
I don’t know if any of the other songs are based on real songs and I don’t know know them but I love listening to the Oodcast and I once stayed up listening to series 2 until 3am. It was one of the best nights of my life.

I love everything you do about doctor who and on series 2 when you were talking about how everything sets back to zero with the co-ordinates on a plane being rest to zero in the eleventh hour me and my friend who is also a who lover had an hour long discussion about it and in the end, as he is an amazing drawer, he drew
Prisoner zero in the cockpit of a plane that is crashing looking very worried and I wish you could all see it but I don’t have a scanner

Once again thankyou for the music downloads and thanks Laura for the amazing songs. Keep it up and I can’t thank you all enough for the Oodcast.

    THANKYOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!
